Weibin Liu (Beijing) - Analyst

Weibin joined DFJ DragonFund as an analyst in 2007. Prior to joining DFJ Dragon, Weibin was part of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia’s cardiology research division, where he studied molecular mechanisms of heart development. Additionally, Weibin has interned with Morgan Stanley and with Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. At DFJ Dragon, Weibin specializes in the clean technology and life sciences sectors where he is involved in the sourcing, evaluation and ongoing support of portfolio companies therein.

Weibin received a BS with honors in Molecular and Cellular Biology as well as an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and completed a year of post-baccalaureate study at the University of Pennsylvania.
